US Sends Relief Aid for Pakistan Flood Victims

The United States has sent urgent relief aid to Pakistan as devastating floods displace thousands and destroy homes. According to the US State Department, food, shelter materials, and other life-saving supplies were delivered to flood-hit areas. The assistance arrived at Nur Khan Air Base on US Air Force C-17 and C-130 aircraft and was handed over to the Pakistani military. Natalie Baker, Charge d’Affaires of the US Mission in Pakistan, was present during the delivery.
