The United States has sent urgent relief aid to Pakistan as devastating floods displace thousands and destroy homes. According to the US State Department, food, shelter materials, and other life-saving supplies were delivered to flood-hit areas. The assistance arrived at Nur Khan Air Base on US Air Force C-17 and C-130 aircraft and was handed over to the Pakistani military.
