Multiple areas in Peshawar are currently experiencing a five-day power outage

In Peshawar, the provincial capital, residents are facing distressing news as they grapple with ongoing electricity load shedding. Pesco, the power supply company, has issued a statement indicating that due to essential repairs in Peshawar, the power supply from Rehman Baba, Kohat Road, and City Grid Station will be suspended from Thursday until July 17, between the hours of 7 AM and 12 PM.

Reports suggest that in addition to consumers in various areas, residents of Yakutat, Chamkani, Sharifabad, and Hazar Khawani will also experience the deprivation of electricity. The impact will be felt by customers residing in Kohat Road, Civil Quarter, Bana Mari, Nothia, Nishtarabad, Armad, Gulbahar, Radio Pakistan, and other affected areas.

Peshawar Electric Supply Company has assured that power supply will resume once the repair work is completed, during the specified hours mentioned.
