A Lahore district and sessions court on Thursday rejected the bail plea of YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, in a case involving promotion of gambling and forex apps. This was his second bail request after an earlier dismissal by a magistrate. The prosecution argued that evidence linked him to endorsing unlicensed platforms, while investigators reported over Rs210 million in his bank accounts with no clear source. Authorities warned the funds could be tied to illegal financing, as SECP has not approved any such apps in Pakistan.
