Submitted within the 30-day appeal window, the plea argues that the ban was imposed without considering past legal decisions, including TLP’s earlier removal from the proscribed list, its restoration by the ECP, and previous agreements with the government. The party’s lawyers claim the new decision contradicts earlier commitments and legal procedures. The Interior Ministry will now review the petition and supporting documents before deciding whether to maintain, modify, or withdraw the ban. If rejected, TLP may take the case to the Supreme Court.
