A tragic bus accident near Chakwal on the Islamabad-Lahore motorway has claimed eight lives and left 18 injured. The incident occurred near Dhok Sial when the bus lost control and fell into a ravine. Rescue teams initially reported six deaths and 20 injuries, but two more passengers later died at the Trauma Center Kallar Kahar and DHQ Hospital. According to motorway police, the accident was caused by driver negligence.
