Trump Hints at Meeting Putin and Zelensky if Conditions Allow

US President Donald Trump said he is ready to hold a trilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to seek an end to the Ukraine-Russia war. Speaking at the White House alongside Zelensky, Trump stressed that the talks could pave the way for peace if Kyiv makes concessions, including giving up Crimea and dropping its NATO ambitions. While Trump pushes for compromises after his recent summit with Putin in Alaska, Zelensky called for “peace through strength” and demanded US security guarantees to counter Russian aggression.
