Speaking in Michigan, Trump criticized India on trade but praised Modi as “fantastic.” Modi is visiting for the Quad Leaders summit, which includes the US, Australia, and Japan. This will be President Biden’s final summit before Vice President Kamala Harris leads the Democratic ticket. Modi will also attend the UN General Assembly and meet Indian community members in New York.
