Since August 27, Karachi has seen 226mm of rain, causing major roads to collapse and mix with sewage, making them unusable. During a meeting, CM Shah emphasized strict action against those responsible for poor-quality road construction and called for an inquiry into roads built after 2022 that have been damaged. Key officials, including Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab, attended the meeting.
