Trump and 18 allies indicted for election meddling.

Former US President Donald Trump has been formally charged with an indictment. The indictment has been issued by Judge Robert McBurney, stemming from a lawsuit pertaining to his alleged involvement in manipulating the 2020 Georgian presidential election.

Additionally, a group of 18 associates affiliated with Donald Trump have also been accused of intervening in the 2020 Georgia election.

Following a comprehensive hearing, the grand jury handed down the indictment. During the proceedings, prosecutors presented substantiated evidence detailing Trump’s purported endeavors to subvert the 2020 election results in Georgia.

This marks the fourth instance in which former US President Donald Trump has faced criminal charges.
