Reliable sources have confirmed that the cost of sugar per kilogram in the wholesale market has surged by Rs 3.50, reaching Rs 150 per kilogram.
This rise in the wholesale market valuation has also impacted the price of a 50-kilogram sugar bag, which now stands at Rs 7500.
