The DHA deposited Rs. 23 billion in taxes, according to the DG ISPR

Major-General Ahmed Sharif, the Director-General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), revealed on Tuesday that the military contributed Rs100 billion in taxes during the fiscal year 2022–2023.

Expanding on the tax contributions of other notable entities, he noted that institutions operating under the military paid a total of Rs260 billion in taxes.

Additionally, during the same period, the Fauji Foundation made tax deposits amounting to Rs223 billion. Additionally, he disclosed that the Defence Housing Authority remitted taxes to the government totaling Rs25 billion.
