Islamabad: The kidnapping and harassment case of TikToker Samia Hijab took a decisive turn after she informed the court that she has pardoned the accused, Hassan Zahid, following an apology from his family, and agreed to an out-of-court settlement. Samia clarified that Zahid has also withdrawn his allegations against her, with both sides deciding to end the conflict. The settlement includes disputes linked to financial matters and videos, and an affidavit will soon be submitted to the court for dismissal of the case. She said her pardon was made “for the sake of Allah” and stressed that no financial deal was involved. Zahid assured the court he would not harass or harm Samia in any way, while she confirmed their engagement has ended and expressed her intent to move forward and focus on her career.
