At a public rally on Sunday, the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leaders demanded the immediate release of party founder Imran Khan, opposing his military trial.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur warned that if Khan isn’t released in two weeks, PTI’s peaceful efforts could turn violent. He also threatened to file cases against opponents in his province if Khan remains in jail.
Gandapur stated that Khan’s legal cases have been resolved in his favor, and the party is ready to take action if he isn’t freed. Despite delays and lack of permission, the rally was a show of PTI’s strength.
