Pakistan’s women’s cricket team players have achieved their highest-ever rankings in the latest ICC Women’s T20I Player Rankings, with several making significant strides.
Muneeba Ali has jumped six places to reach 35th in the T20I batter rankings, while Gull Feroza has climbed an impressive 32 places to 64th. These advancements highlight their strong performances and growing influence within the team.
In the bowlers’ rankings, Sadia Iqbal has reached a career-high position, moving up to fourth. Her remarkable performance in the Asia Cup, where she took eight wickets at an average of 8.37, was key to her rise.
Other notable advancements include India’s Smriti Mandhana moving up to fourth place in the T20I batter rankings and Sri Lanka’s Chamari Athapaththu climbing three places to sixth. Additionally, Bangladesh’s Nigar Sultana and Sri Lanka’s Harshitha Samarawickrama have made significant gains in the rankings.
