Over 336,999 Pakistanis secured overseas jobs through the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE) from January to June 2025. Operating under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis, BEOE ensures safe and legal migration for job seekers. Since 1971, more than 10 million Pakistanis have registered with the Bureau, highlighting the growing importance of overseas employment. These opportunities not only help reduce unemployment but also boost the economy through foreign remittances. Currently, over 116,300 job openings are available for Pakistanis abroad. BEOE strictly monitors emigration under the 1979 Emigration Ordinance to prevent fraud and protect workers’ rights.
