NADRA has launched three new 24/7 National Registration Centres in Karachi, located in Malir Cantt, Malir, and Surjani Town, to provide faster and easier access to CNICs and family registration services. This initiative is part of NADRA’s largest identity system upgrade since 2002, aimed at improving efficiency and accessibility. Key updates include the introduction of biometric B-Forms for children over three, enhanced Family Registration Certificates (FRCs) now valid for legal purposes, and a new option for married women to retain their father’s name on CNICs, offering more flexibility and empowerment.
