KP requires approval for civil servants to marry foreign nationals

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has introduced new rules restricting marriages between civil servants and foreign nationals.

Under the policy, government employees must get prior approval before marrying a foreigner, or face disciplinary action. Violations will be treated as misconduct under official rules, potentially leading to strict penalties.

Employees are now required to submit a formal application through their department to seek permission before such marriages.
