Government, PTI Begin Talks to End Political Deadlock

The ruling PML-N and opposition PTI have agreed to begin negotiations to resolve the ongoing imprisonment of PTI founder Imran Khan, party leaders, and workers. This move aims to reduce political tensions and promote national stability. Following a recent easing of cross-border tensions, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif invited the opposition for talks—a proposal PTI has accepted. Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, currently in jail, also expressed his readiness to engage in dialogue with the government.
