Despite the ongoing military stand-off between Pakistan and India, foreign players participating in the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) will remain in the country, according to a Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official. Following India’s late-night attack on Pakistan and the subsequent retaliation, tensions along the border rose. However, foreign players continued their commitments, meeting with PSL leadership. PCB spokesperson Amir Mir confirmed that the players had an informal dinner with PSL chief Salman Naseer, where the current situation may have been briefly discussed. The commitment of foreign players underscores the resilience of the PSL amidst escalating political tensions.
