The principal of a local academy located in a urban area of Lahore has been accused of raping a ninth-grade student.
As per reports, a case had been registered against the academy principal based on a complaint filed by the victim’s parents. The student’s family claimed that the police were allegedly showing favoritism towards the accused.
The police said that the alleged victim under a medical examination, but they have yet to receive the report. Further action will be taken based on the findings of the final medical report.
The Family stated that the principal, identified as Iftikhar, summoned her daughter and other girls to the academy on Sunday under the pretext of extra classes. However, he sent the other students back home and allegedly raped the victim in the laboratory room.
