January alone saw a record-breaking 8.5 million travellers, the busiest month in the airport’s history. With an average of 7.7 million passengers per month — around 254,000 daily — the airport maintained strong traffic despite flight cancellations and temporary airspace closures during the 12-day regional conflict.
