Dubai boasts the largest number of millionaires in the Middle East, with 72,500 individuals possessing a million dollars or more. It also ranks as the 21st wealthiest city globally. Over the past decade, the number of millionaires in Dubai has surged by 78%, a substantial increase. This data is sourced from Henley & Partners and New World Wealth, organizations that monitor the movement of affluent individuals’ finances worldwide.

In Dubai, there are also 212 individuals with assets exceeding $100 million available for investment, as well as 15 billionaires, reflecting considerable wealth.

Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, is also emerging as a hub for affluent individuals. The city boasts 22,700 millionaires, marking a 75% increase over the past ten years. Additionally, there are 68 individuals with assets surpassing $100 million and 5 billionaires.

Sharjah, another city, has witnessed a significant rise in its millionaire population. Over the last decade, the number of millionaires has surged by 95%, totaling 4,100 currently. Moreover, 11 individuals possess over $100 million in assets. However, there are no billionaires in Sharjah yet.

In Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, the capital, has also experienced a rise in its millionaire populace over the past decade. Presently, there are 18,200 millionaires in Riyadh, alongside 67 individuals with assets exceeding $100 million and 8 billionaires. Jeddah, another major city in Saudi Arabia, is home to 7,500 millionaires, 32 individuals with assets over $100 million, and 8 billionaires, highlighting the significant presence of wealthy individuals in these urban centers.
