Babar Azam is the only top-five batsman in all cricket formats in the latest ICC rankings update

In the latest International Cricket Council (ICC) rankings for One Day International (ODI) cricket, Babar Azam maintains his position at the top with 824 points, demonstrating consistent performance.

Several Sri Lankan players such as Charith Asalanka, Pathum Nissanka, and Sadeera Samarawickrama have seen an upward shift in their rankings after their commendable performance against Afghanistan.

Mohammad Nabi of Afghanistan has secured the title of the best all-rounder in ODIs following his outstanding display in a match against Sri Lanka, where he scored a century and claimed a wicket, surpassing Shakib Al Hasan.

Babar Azam continues to shine in Test cricket, currently holding the fifth position in the ICC Test Batting Rankings with 768 points, while Kane Williamson maintains his lead.

In Twenty20 International (T20I) cricket, Surya Kumar Yadav leads the batting rankings with 861 points, followed by Glenn Maxwell, Tim David, and Mohammad Rizwan.

Adam Zampa and Marcus Stoinis have witnessed an upward trajectory in the T20I rankings for bowling and all-round performance, indicating their recent stellar performances.
