The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s petition requesting permission for phone calls with his sons, medical checkups by a family doctor, and meetings with party leaders at Adiala Jail. IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq presided over the case, where the jail superintendent confirmed that Imran Khan receives B-Class prisoner facilities, including newspapers, TV channels, and a personal cook. While standard visits are allowed twice a week, Khan is permitted three to four meetings weekly, including with his wife, Bushra Bibi. The court also reviewed the request for a phone call with his sons abroad but dismissed the petition.
