Woman Shot Dead as Fleeing Robbers Open Fire in Karachi’s Nazimabad

A 35-year-old woman, identified as Samina, was shot and killed in Karachi’s Nazimabad area after suspected robbers opened fire on Saturday night. Police said two motorcycle-riding assailants fired near a residential lane close to Annu Bhai Park, with a stray bullet hitting Samina in the face as she travelled with her family in an online taxi on their way to a wedding. Investigators believe the suspects may have panicked while fleeing after an attempted street crime nearby, noting that no robbery was attempted on the victim’s family. Samina was taken to AO Clinic and later shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, where she died during treatment.
