A new UN report reveals that women globally are living longer than men, with an average life expectancy of 76 years for women and 71 years for men. The global average stands at 73.5 years, but in Pakistan, it’s notably lower at around 68 years for both genders. Experts say this trend has existed for years due to factors like healthier lifestyles, better medical habits among women, and biological differences. Men are more prone to risky behavior, smoking, and alcohol use, which contribute to shorter lifespans.
