Approved by Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, the new system requires sellers to remove their number plates when transferring a vehicle, as plates will remain tied to the original owner’s CNIC. Buyers must then register the vehicle online using their own plates, ensuring greater transparency and accountability in the process.
