Security Forces Eliminate Over 50 Militants in KP Operations Over Four Days

Security forces carried out an operation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bannu district on Saturday, resulting in the deaths of eight suspected militants. Officials reported that a total of 51 armed suspects have been killed in similar operations across the province over the past four days. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the security forces for their progress under the Azm-e-Istehkam initiative and reiterated the government’s commitment to countering militancy. According to ISPR, the joint intelligence-based operation began on 21 November 2025 after receiving information about armed individuals in the area. Following an exchange of fire, eight suspects were killed and weapons were recovered. Authorities stated that those killed were believed to be involved in attacks on security personnel and civilians. ISPR added that intelligence-led actions have been intensified to disrupt militant networks and reduce their ability to regroup.
