Pakistan’s passport remains one of the weakest in the world, offering visa-free access to just 32 destinations, according to the Henley Passport Index 2025. Ranked 96th globally, Pakistan stands above only a few war-affected countries like Somalia, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan. Despite its low position, this marks a slight improvement from 2024, when it was tied with Yemen as the fourth-worst passport for the fourth year in a row. The Henley Passport Index evaluates 199 passports based on visa-free access to 227 destinations worldwide.
