Met Office Forecasts Cooler Nights Ahead for Karachi

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted hot and dry weather for Karachi over the next 24 hours, with a slight drop in nighttime temperatures. According to the Met Office, winds have shifted to the northeast, indicating the onset of a pre-winter weather pattern. The city recorded a minimum temperature of 24.3°C and a maximum expected around 35°C, with humidity at 78%. Meteorologists noted that Karachi’s nights are gradually becoming cooler, signaling a transition toward milder conditions. However, no significant rainfall is expected in October and November. Earlier this month, heavy rain in several areas, including North Karachi and Nazimabad, briefly brought relief from humid conditions.
