Imran Khan Urged to Seek Overseas Pakistanis’ Support for Flood Victims

The PTI parliamentary committee has criticized the lack of international support for Pakistan after recent floods and urged former prime minister Imran Khan to appeal to overseas Pakistanis for donations through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government to aid flood victims in Punjab and KP. The committee also endorsed Imran Khan’s decision to boycott upcoming by-elections, resign from parliamentary committees, and stage a daily boycott of the National Assembly, declaring it a move to highlight the absence of democracy in the country. PTI leader Asad Qaiser confirmed that Barrister Gohar Ali Khan briefed the committee about his meeting with Imran Khan, after which these decisions were finalized.
