The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has secured the 7th spot in the Global Firepower ranking, highlighting its strong aerial capabilities. With a fleet of 1,434 aircraft, including fighter jets, helicopters, and support aircraft, PAF stands among the world’s largest air forces. The report places the United States at the top, boasting 5,737 helicopters, 1,854 fighter jets, and 3,722 support aircraft, backed by an $800 billion defense budget. Following the U.S. are Russia, China, India, South Korea, and Japan. Russia, ranked second, holds about one-third of U.S. air power, with 1,554 helicopters and 809 fighter jets.
