Soon, Burj Khalifa will no longer be the world’s tallest building as Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Tower takes its place

As per recent reports from Architectural Digest and The News, the globally renowned “Jeddah Tower” is presently under construction and is poised to exceed the Burj Khalifa in Dubai as the tallest building in the world.

Expected to reach a towering height surpassing 1 kilometer upon its completion, the Jeddah Tower will serve as a multifaceted marvel, encompassing corporate offices, lavish residences, upscale hotels, and boasting the world’s highest observation deck.

A notable aspect of the tower’s design is its distinctive “three-petal footprint,” meticulously designed to enhance aerodynamics and reduce wind load, ensuring structural stability and safety for its occupants.

In addition to its architectural magnificence, the Jeddah Tower will introduce state-of-the-art vertical transportation systems, including a dynamic lift capable of ascending the skyscraper at an impressive speed of 10 meters per second.

As construction advances, the Jeddah Tower stands as a testament to Saudi Arabia’s dedication to pioneering architectural innovation and reshaping the skyline of contemporary cities.
