KP Government to Increase Sehat Card Limit from Rs. 10 Lakhs to Rs. 20 Lakh

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur announced an increase in the health card amount from Rs 1 million to Rs 2 million. At a ceremony in Peshawar, Gandapur explained that this health card enables residents to access medical treatment at selected hospitals across the country.

He highlighted the significance of this initiative, particularly given the economic challenges faced by the province. Gandapur acknowledged that while the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are self-reliant, they still need support during difficult times.

The Chief Minister also addressed the law and order situation, identifying it as a major issue. He emphasized the need to develop underprivileged areas of the province to improve security and stability. Gandapur called for collective efforts to tackle these challenges and enhance the overall well-being of the province’s residents. The increase in the health card amount is seen as a significant step toward providing better healthcare and support to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
