The Ministry of Religious Affairs has directed private Hajj operators to deposit 100 percent of approved Hajj package costs into designated Saudi e-wallet accounts under Hajj Policy 2026 by December 31, warning that failure to meet payment and Mina booking deadlines could disrupt pilgrim services, lead to full responsibility for any losses, and result in strict action including licence cancellation and permanent bans to ensure smooth and transparent Hajj arrangements.
