Anita Karim Becomes First Pakistani Woman to Enter UFC’s Ultimate Fighter

Pakistani MMA fighter Anita Karim has made history by becoming the first Pakistani woman selected for UFC Season 34 of The Ultimate Fighter.

Known as “The Arm Collector,” she holds a professional record of 6-2 and will compete in the women’s strawweight division. The new season, featuring Team Cormier vs Team Bisping, is set to premiere on June 14, 2026.

Her selection marks a major milestone for mixed martial arts in Pakistan, placing a Pakistani athlete on one of the sport’s most prestigious global platforms.

Out of 20 fighters chosen worldwide, only 16 will compete in the season, which is widely regarded as a key pathway to joining the UFC.

Anita Karim’s achievement is being seen as an inspiration for young female athletes in Pakistan and highlights the growing presence of South Asian fighters in international MMA.
